Nutra-Med Packaging LLC provides packaging services for the Pharmaceutical, OTC, medical device, diagnostics, and dietary supplement industries in the US and Canada. Our focus is on blister packaging, bottling, specialized kitting, cartoning, and serialization operations for a variety of dosage forms and devices.
One-third of our team is a Quality Control Specialist.
Nutra-Med Packaging has a diverse staff of over 500 team members. Our team brings many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Quality Assurance, Operations, and Sales.

Trained by his father and founder of the company, Kunal has worked from the ground up at Nutra-Med, from his first job as a Quality Assurance Inspector, to working on the production line, moving pallets, project management and business development, through overall operations and strategy. Kunal believes in a minimum order of 1 and a turnaround of 1 day, and has built a leadership team that strives to execute on that vision.
Kunal earned his MBA with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from The Wharton School.

Hany joined Nutra-med Packaging as Chief Executive Officer in January 2026, leading the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, and operational execution. He has brought over 20 years of global experience in healthcare, biopharma, consumer health, and life sciences. Hany has held senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Roche, BASF, and McKesson. At Johnson & Johnson, he led end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations for major consumer brands in highly regulated environments. Most recently, as Senior Vice President and General Manager at McKesson, he oversaw biopharma services, private-label strategy, commercialization, and specialty distribution, driving growth and operational transformation across large-scale, mission-critical platforms.

Daryl LeSueur joined Nutra-Med Packaging as Chief Operating Officer in June 2023. Daryl has extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging with a successful track record as a pharmaceutical executive. He possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in executing plant start-up, plant closures, operational integrations, lean improvement projects, operational excellence improvement initiatives and KPI enhancement.
Before joining Nutra-Med, Daryl was Vice President and Head of Operations at Sun Pharmaceuticals North America where he was a member of the global senior management team, responsible for both the oral solid dosage facilities in New Jersey and the sterile injectable and photodynamic therapy (PDT) technology facilities located in the greater Boston area. Prior to that he was Vice President and Head of Operations for Taro Pharmaceuticals topicals and liquids site in Ontario Canada, a subsidiary of Sun. During his tenure with Sun, Daryl expanded operations to increase capacity and introduced several initiatives to improve cost competitiveness.
Previous roles include Vice President Manufacturing Operations at Progenitor Cell Therapy, Vice President/General Manager at Teva/Barr Pharmaceuticals, and Vice President Pharmaceutical Production at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Daryl holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from SUNY Plattsburgh and completed the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program (Leadership, Management and Finance).

Ted joined Nutra-med in September 2025 as a Strategic Finance & Operations Executive. With over 20 years of experience, he helps organizations thrive through complexity and change, aligning financial strategy with operational excellence to drive growth, efficiency, and resilience. His expertise spans strategic planning, cash flow management, risk mitigation, project leadership, and process transformation. He is passionate about leveraging technology and data to optimize performance and inform smarter decision-making. A collaborative leader and trusted advisor, Ted builds strong cross-functional relationships, fosters accountability, and guides organizations toward long-term value creation, delivering clarity, stability, and sustainable results.

Denise Sabaday is a dynamic leader in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, bringing over two decades of experience in business development, sales strategy, and executive leadership. As the Chief Commercial Officer at Nutra-Med, she drives strategic growth initiatives, fosters key partnerships, and leads high-performing teams to expand the company's market presence.
Before joining Nutra-Med, Denise served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Experic, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the company from inception to a strong market position. Her expertise spans clinical and commercial manufacturing, packaging, and labeling, along with extensive experience in the phase 1 to 4 clinical trial space, where she has led business development efforts for large-scale global studies and built strategic partnerships to advance drug development.

Kathleen is an experienced leader with a broad background in Quality, Manufacturing and Packaging for over 30 years. She has extensive managerial and technical expertise in the demanding GMP environments of pharmaceuticals, medical device, and consumer health. With this knowledge she leads her Quality teams to ensure that the products packaged at Nutra-Med meet all the quality standards set forth by both the customer and Nutra-Med. In her journey, excellence in quality has always been her goal.
Having a BS in Biology from Montclair State University, Kathleen has served as a team leader, project leader and chairperson for many successful projects over her career.

Anmarie joined Nutra-Med Packaging in June 2024 as the Director, Human Resources.
Anmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of comprehensive experience spanning talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and diversity and inclusion.
As Director of Human Resources at Nutra-Med Packaging, LLC., Anmarie serves as a key business partner supporting operations across multiple pharmaceutical manufacturing sites and a workforce of more than 500 employees. She leads a broad portfolio of HR functions, including employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, compensation strategy, staffing, organizational development, and training. Her work ensures consistent compliance with regulatory requirements while advancing the company’s culture, capabilities, and long‑term growth. Her prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources for Integrated DNA Technologies and Nobel Biocare, both operating companies within the Danaher Corporation

Prior to launching GenNx360 Capital Partners, Ronald founded and managed Blaylock & Company, one of the top investment banking firms in the country. The firm underwrote and advised on over $150B in transactions in 2005 alone. Blaylock & Co. participated in transactions for a diverse, blue-chip roster of clients that included AT&T, Boeing, CIT, GE, Google, Time Warner, UPS, and Verizon, among other Fortune 500 companies.
Ronald serves on the boards of numerous corporate and non-profit organizations including Pfizer, W.R. Berkley, Inc., Carnegie Hall, and the New York University Board of Trustees. In 1999, Blaylock was voted Capital Raiser of the Year by Corporate Finance Magazine. More recently in 2005, he was named one of the Most Powerful Blacks on Wall Street by Black Enterprise Magazine and was also named Man of the Year by the Covenant House for his charity work with that organization.
Ronald earned his M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University.
Prior to founding the investment banking firm in 1993, he held executive management positions with UBS and CitiGroup.

Marie Ffolkes is a Managing Partner of GenNx360. She joined GenNx360 in 2023, and is engaged in all facets of GenNx360’s investment activities and portfolio management. Previously, Ms. Ffolkes was a Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Axxelist, Inc., a technology real estate company. Prior to Axxelist, Inc., Ms. Ffolkes was Chief Executive Officer of TriMark USA, LLC, President Americas of Air Products &Chemicals (NYSE: APD), and held executive and senior management positions at Tenneco, Johnson Controls International plc, GE Healthcare and GE Capital. She currently serves on the boards of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO), and Masco Corporation (NYSE: MAS).
Ms. Ffolkes holds a B.S. from the City University of New York and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Miles is a member of the investment team at GenNx360 Capital Partners. Since joining GenNx360 in January 2024, Miles has played an integral role in M&A diligence and execution, driving growth across the GenNx360 portfolio. In addition to Nutra-Med, Miles currently works closely with Tensentric, Horsburgh & Scott, and Shenandoah.
Prior to joining GenNx360, Miles worked as an investment banker at Wells Fargo Securities.

Clients are the worlds leading Private Equity Firms, Institutional Investors and Pharma Services companies.
Paul also serves as Chairman of LifeSci Ventures a global brand of companies providing services, technology solutions and growth capital to Life Sciences and Healthcare companies.
Paul serves on the Board of Directors and as an Advisor to CEOs and Boards at several private and publicly-held companies. He is considered one the world’s leading experts on the Pharma Services industry and has advised investors and companies on hundreds of value-creating deals and exits.

Mahesh Gupta founded Nutra-Med in 1999, with a vision to build the highest quality contract packager in the country. He promised customers fast turnaround and personalized service, and promised employees a family-like atmosphere.
Mahesh is a Registered Pharmacist in New Jersey. He received his MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, MS in Pharmacy from L.M. College of Pharmacy, and BS in Pharmacy from Banaras Hindu University.

cGMP COMPLIANCE
Nutra-Med's facility is registered with the FDA, DEA, and NJ State Health Dept. and is in compliance with cGMP, FDA, and DEA regulations. Nutra-Med's internal detailed SOP's are in place to ensure the quality of the products we package. We are proud of our SOP's and our customers appreciate them too.
VALIDATION
All of our packaging machines are validated and qualified (IQ, OQ & PQ). Nutra-Med works with its customers to prepare and execute custom validation protocols for new packaging processes. Nutra-Med also routinely partners with its customers to perform cleaning validations and verifications.
QUALITY
Our quality group receives the most current industry standards training and strives to build a culture that emphasizes quality at Nutra-Med. All production and packaging-related activities are monitored and approved by our Quality Assurance department.
FACILITY
Our production facilities are FDA registered, cGMP compliant, and licensed for DEA schedule III-V and L1 Chemical. The total facility footprint is 215,000 sqft, with 50,000 sqft in production facilities, 123,000 sq ft in finished good, bulk, and component warehousing, and an 80 pallet location coldchain 2 ℃ to 8 ℃ refrigerator.
