Nutra-Med Packaging LLC provides packaging services for the Pharmaceutical, OTC, medical device, diagnostics, and dietary supplement industries in the US and Canada. Our focus is on blister packaging, bottling, specialized kitting, cartoning, and serialization operations for a variety of dosage forms and devices.
One-third of our team is a Quality Control Specialist.
Nutra-Med Packaging has a diverse staff of over 500 team members. Our team brings many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Quality Assurance, Operations, and Sales.

Trained by his father and founder of the company, Kunal has worked from the ground up at Nutra-Med, from his first job as a Quality Assurance Inspector, to working on the production line, moving pallets, project management and business development, through overall operations and strategy. Kunal believes in a minimum order of 1 and a turnaround of 1 day, and has built a leadership team that strives to execute on that vision.
Kunal earned his MBA with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from The Wharton School.

Daryl LeSueur joined Nutra-Med Packaging as Chief Operating Officer in June 2023. Daryl has extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging with a successful track record as a pharmaceutical executive. He possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in executing plant start-up, plant closures, operational integrations, lean improvement projects, operational excellence improvement initiatives and KPI enhancement.
Before joining Nutra-Med, Daryl was Vice President and Head of Operations at Sun Pharmaceuticals North America where he was a member of the global senior management team, responsible for both the oral solid dosage facilities in New Jersey and the sterile injectable and photodynamic therapy (PDT) technology facilities located in the greater Boston area. Prior to that he was Vice President and Head of Operations for Taro Pharmaceuticals topicals and liquids site in Ontario Canada, a subsidiary of Sun. During his tenure with Sun, Daryl expanded operations to increase capacity and introduced several initiatives to improve cost competitiveness.
Previous roles include Vice President Manufacturing Operations at Progenitor Cell Therapy, Vice President/General Manager at Teva/Barr Pharmaceuticals, and Vice President Pharmaceutical Production at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Daryl holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from SUNY Plattsburgh and completed the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program (Leadership, Management and Finance).

Darin leads Nutra-Med’s financial operations and drives the company’s financial planning agenda. He serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team by ensuring a proper balance of near and long-term decision making while striving to enhance the company’s enterprise value through commercial and operational insight.
Before joining Nutra-Med, Darin worked at Serta Simmons Bedding as their Senior Vice-President of Finance. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer at Enbi Inc. and Studco Building Systems. He has also held senior level finance positions at Monro, Inc., and Danaher Corporation.
Darin is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from State Cloud State University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Denise Sabaday is a dynamic leader in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, bringing over two decades of experience in business development, sales strategy, and executive leadership. As the Chief Commercial Officer at Nutra-Med, she drives strategic growth initiatives, fosters key partnerships, and leads high-performing teams to expand the company's market presence.
Before joining Nutra-Med, Denise served as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Experic, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the company from inception to a strong market position. Her expertise spans clinical and commercial manufacturing, packaging, and labeling, along with extensive experience in the phase 1 to 4 clinical trial space, where she has led business development efforts for large-scale global studies and built strategic partnerships to advance drug development.

Kathleen is an experienced leader with a broad background in Quality, Manufacturing and Packaging for over 30 years. She has extensive managerial and technical expertise in the demanding GMP environments of pharmaceuticals, medical device, and consumer health. With this knowledge she leads her Quality teams to ensure that the products packaged at Nutra-Med meet all the quality standards set forth by both the customer and Nutra-Med. In her journey, excellence in quality has always been her goal.
Having a BS in Biology from Montclair State University, Kathleen has served as a team leader, project leader and chairperson for many successful projects over her career.

Latasha is an Operating Partner at GenNx360 Capital Partners. She brings over 25 years of managerial experience in all aspects of manufacturing, operations, and business strategies. Latasha is a detailed and process-oriented professional with hands-on experience leading safety, quality, cost, and product launches in a lean production environment. She brings strong leadership, management, and technical experience in executing business objectives to achieve operational excellence. Latasha’s focus is driving strong performance, operational efficiencies, and profitability across the GenNx portfolio companies in addition to working with its deal team to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
Most recently, Latasha held several executive leadership positions at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. She joined HDMC as the Director of Operations in 2009, responsible for vehicle assembly and materials management. In 2011, she was promoted to General Manager of Tomahawk Operations where she was responsible for two facilities, implementing a new labor agreement, lean manufacturing, productivity and launching one of Harley-Davidson’s most significant motorcycle launches. Prior to joining Harley-Davidson, Latasha was a Senior Manager of Paint Operations at Chrysler (formerly DaimlerChrysler) where she held a variety of increasing senior leadership positions in operations and general management.
Latasha holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Energy & Robotics from Howard University.

Rishi is a Principal, supporting GenNx360 Capital Partners since August 2007. Rishi has nearly twenty years of industry experience in private equity, investment advisory, and investment analytics including positions at CRISIL and Citicorp. Rishi currently sits on the Board of Appalachian Railcar Services. In addition, Rishi also works closely with the Board and leadership teams of Horsburgh & Scott, CRS Temporary Housing, and GenServe.
Prior to GenNx360, Rishi worked with Genpact in various roles in analytics and transition management. At Genpact, he was awarded the prestigious Platinum Award for his role in setting up the analytics back-office operations for a leading global investment bank.
Rishi received his B.Tech (Honors) in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM) from IIM Lucknow.

Chuck is an Advisor and formerly a Managing Partner of GenNx360 Capital Partners. He joined the firm in 2006, bringing more than 30 years of sales, business operations, and competitive strategy experience. Specifically, Chuck specializes in leading businesses through market changes while improving both profitability and customer service.
Prior to joining GenNx360, Chuck was President of the integrated services business for Alliant Energy Corp, a $3B electric and gas utility company. Tasked with turning around and improving a deregulated business, Chuck achieved both profitability and 25% overall revenue growth. Chuck spent almost three decades with General Electric serving in various sales, technology and operating roles including Vice President of the Consumer Service Division for the GE Appliance Business. At GE, Chuck led a global business of more than 3,000 employees with over $500M in yearly service revenue.
Chuck earned his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University, where he was later inducted into its Academy of Distinguished Graduates in Mechanical Engineering.

Miles is a member of the investment team at GenNx360 Capital Partners. Since joining GenNx360 in January 2024, Miles has played an integral role in M&A diligence and execution, driving growth across the GenNx360 portfolio. In addition to Nutra-Med, Miles currently works closely with Tensentric, Horsburgh & Scott, and Shenandoah.
Prior to joining GenNx360, Miles worked as an investment banker at Wells Fargo Securities.

Mahesh Gupta founded Nutra-Med in 1999, with a vision to build the highest quality contract packager in the country. He promised customers fast turnaround and personalized service, and promised employees a family-like atmosphere.
Mahesh is a Registered Pharmacist in New Jersey. He received his MBA in Pharmaceutical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, MS in Pharmacy from L.M. College of Pharmacy, and BS in Pharmacy from Banaras Hindu University.

cGMP COMPLIANCE
Nutra-Med's facility is registered with the FDA, DEA, and NJ State Health Dept. and is in compliance with cGMP, FDA, and DEA regulations. Nutra-Med's internal detailed SOP's are in place to ensure the quality of the products we package. We are proud of our SOP's and our customers appreciate them too.
VALIDATION
All of our packaging machines are validated and qualified (IQ, OQ & PQ). Nutra-Med works with its customers to prepare and execute custom validation protocols for new packaging processes. Nutra-Med also routinely partners with its customers to perform cleaning validations and verifications.
QUALITY
Our quality group receives the most current industry standards training and strives to build a culture that emphasizes quality at Nutra-Med. All production and packaging-related activities are monitored and approved by our Quality Assurance department.
FACILITY
Our production facilities are FDA registered, cGMP compliant, and licensed for DEA schedule III-V and L1 Chemical. The total facility footprint is 215,000 sqft, with 50,000 sqft in production facilities, 123,000 sq ft in finished good, bulk, and component warehousing, and an 80 pallet location coldchain 2 ℃ to 8 ℃ refrigerator.
