Founded in 1999 in New Jersey, USA, Nutra-Med Packaging has strategically grown into a leading provider of complete packaging solutions to the pharmaceutical and consumer product industries. With three modern facilities comprising over 300,000 ft2 (27,871 m2) of capacity, our 700+ employees packaged over 200 million units in 2025. Nutra-Med Packaging is privately held in partnership with GenNx360 Capital Partners.

Our highly trained staff follow robust quality systems to package over 200 million units of life science product with a substantiated defect rate among the industry’s lowest. We have a demonstrated track record of success passing regulatory audits, including PAIs.
Our three modern New Jersey facilities boast over 300,000 ft2 (27,871 m2) of efficient capacity with 38 packaging suites, 15,000+ pallet positions, DEA schedule drug (III-V) storage, List I DEA chemicals storage capabilities (eCFR Part 1309) and in-house cold chain capabilities.

Hany Salama is a global life sciences executive with more than 25 years of experience leading growth, commercialization, operations, and supply chain organizations across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, OTC, and consumer health industries. As CEO of Nutra-Med Packaging, he is transforming the company into a premier commercialization and packaging partner focused on accelerating product launches, ensuring supply reliability, and enhancing patient access to critical healthcare products.
Throughout his career, Hany has helped bring thousands of healthcare products to market by strengthening manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain capabilities that improve speed, reliability, and patient access. He has led multibillion-dollar businesses at McKesson and Johnson & Johnson, overseeing global operations, commercialization strategies, and product portfolios that support millions of patients worldwide.
Hany believes the future of healthcare commercialization lies in seamlessly integrating packaging, supply chain, regulatory, and market execution capabilities to help customers launch products faster, scale with confidence, and reach patients more effectively. His vision for Nutra-Med is to become a trusted end-to-end commercialization partner that simplifies complexity, accelerates speed to market, and enables healthcare innovators to focus on improving patient outcomes.
Known for his collaborative, people-first leadership style, Hany is passionate about developing high-performing teams, empowering individuals to grow, and creating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. He believes the best results are achieved when talented teams are aligned around a shared purpose, equipped to make decisions, and motivated to challenge the status quo in pursuit of better outcomes for customers and patients. His leadership philosophy centers on quality, transparency, operational excellence, and building lasting partnerships that create value across the healthcare ecosystem.
Hany holds an MBA from Seton Hall University, a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is also a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), and Six Sigma Black Belt.
Chief Operating Officer
Matt Rayner serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in the contract packaging industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully led large-scale manufacturing and packaging operations, overseeing high-volume facilities and driving operational excellence across multiple functions including production, engineering, maintenance, facilities, supply chain, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
Matt is recognized for his strong commitment to safety, operational discipline, and data-driven decision making. He leverages key performance indicators (KPIs), Lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, improve quality, and deliver exceptional customer service. His expertise spans plant leadership, process optimization, capital investment planning, and full P&L management.
As a passionate people leader, Matt is committed to developing high-performing teams and cultivating the next generation of operational leaders. He believes sustainable success comes from employee engagement, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Vice President, Human Resources
Anmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience building talent strategies, strengthening organizations, and developing high-performing teams. As Vice President of Human Resources at Nutra-Med Packaging, LLC., she serves as a strategic business partner supporting operations across multiple sites within the pharmaceutical industry and a workforce of more than 500 employees. She provides leadership across talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Throughout her career, Anmarie has developed deep expertise in leadership development, organization design, talent assessment, diversity and inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. She is particularly skilled at identifying and developing talent, strengthening leadership capabilities, and translating business priorities into practical people strategies. Known for her collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, she partners with leaders and teams across the organization to drive measurable results while supporting business growth, transformation, and operational excellence.
Vice President of Quality Assurance
Kathleen is an accomplished Quality Assurance executive with more than 35 years of experience leading quality, compliance, and operational excellence across the pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health, dietary supplement, and contract packaging industries. Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise at the intersection of quality systems, regulatory compliance, manufacturing operations, packaging, validation, and customer-focused execution. Her extensive experience in highly regulated GMP environments has established her as a trusted leader committed to protecting product quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening organizational performance.
As Vice President of Quality Assurance at Nutra-Med Packaging, LLC., Kathleen provides strategic leadership and oversight for a comprehensive quality organization supporting contract packaging operations across pharmaceuticals, OTC products, dietary supplements, medical devices, and combination products. She is responsible for ensuring robust quality systems and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with operations and business leadership to support customer requirements, operational performance, and continued growth. Her leadership encompasses quality systems, batch record review and release activities, label control, incoming and in-process inspection, audit readiness, and compliance with FDA, DEA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Throughout her career, Kathleen has held progressive quality and compliance leadership roles with organizations including Reed-Lane, Parker Laboratories, CorePharma, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Criterion Sciences, Almedica Services, and Baxter. Her progression from laboratory and label control leadership to site quality, regulatory compliance, external manufacturing, and executive quality oversight has given her a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end regulated operations and the critical connection between quality, operational execution, and business performance.
Kathleen has extensive experience partnering with customers, suppliers, external manufacturers, regulatory agencies, and cross-functional business leaders to achieve quality, compliance, supply, and product launch objectives. She has successfully strengthened quality systems, led regulatory inspection and audit preparation and response, supported product transfers and commercialization initiatives, and guided complex programs requiring close alignment across Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and Continuous Improvement.
Known for her clear communication, sound judgment, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to developing high-performing teams, Kathleen brings a practical and disciplined approach to quality leadership. She believes that strong quality organizations not only ensure compliance but also build customer confidence, enable operational excellence, and support sustainable business growth.
Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Montclair State College. Her combination of scientific training, hands-on laboratory and manufacturing experience, and executive-level quality leadership provides a strong foundation for navigating complex regulated environments. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to a simple but essential principle: excellence in quality is fundamental to the success of the business and the customers and patients it ultimately serves.
Chief Revenue Officer
Christopher Blanton is a growth-oriented executive with more than 25 years of experience leading commercial strategy, revenue expansion, and customer-centric operating models across the pharmaceutical services, medical device, and advanced manufacturing sectors. He is known for building scalable commercial platforms that integrate operations, supply chain, and customer experience to drive revenue, margin, and market share growth — and for translating market opportunity into disciplined execution that fuels predictable, sustained results.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Christopher leads all customer-facing teams including Business Development, Project Management, Account Management, Pricing and Estimating. His focus is on expanding the portfolio with additional service offerings, customer expansion, and enhancing current client relationships.
Prior to joining Nutra-Med, Christopher served as General Manager of Philadelphia Clinical Operations at Catalent Pharma Solutions. In this role, he lead commercial performance, customer delivery, and growth strategy for the company’s flagship clinical pharmaceutical packaging business, with a focus on expanding capabilities in high-value biologics and advanced therapy segments.
Previously, as Vice President & General Manager of Commercial Operations at PCI Pharma Services Philadelphia, he expanded the service portfolio into biologics packaging and combination-device assembly, improved On-Time-In-Full performance, and played a key leadership role during the company’s ownership transition — supporting diligence, investor engagement, and long-term growth planning.
Earlier in his career, Christopher held senior engineering, strategy, and operations leadership roles at PCI Pharma Services, Olympus Surgical Technologies, and CareFusion (Becton Dickinson), where he consistently paired operational excellence with commercial impact — from directing global capital strategy across eight sites in four countries to rebuilding operating models that materially improved customer service and market position.
A trusted advisor to CEOs, investors, and boards, Christopher has a track record of leading go-to-market transformation, unlocking new revenue streams, and delivering EBITDA growth in complex, highly regulated environments. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from North Carolina State University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel.
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin brings more than 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience in manufacturing companies across a range of industries including medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial products. He has a proven track record of leading financial transformations, optimizing operations, and driving growth through strategic execution and financial management.
Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Velocity Medtech, a vertically integrated contract manufacturer of orthopedic medical devices based in New Jersey. During his tenure at Velocity Medtech he helped turnaround a distressed business through talent engagement, operational efficiency, capital deployment and commercial execution. In that role, Kevin was responsible for all aspects of finance and IT and played a key leadership role in the successful sale of the company in 2025, including serving as interim CEO during the transaction process.
Prior to Velocity Medtech, Kevin held CFO roles at several private equity–backed and global companies, including R&D Altanova, Prince International Corporation, and Sandy Alexander. Across these roles, he led significant growth initiatives, operational turnarounds, acquisitions, and financing transactions, while building strong finance organizations and improving forecasting, controls, and cash flow management.
Kevin began his career at Honeywell where he held multiple senior financial leadership positions where he developed a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, controllership, and large-scale organizational transformation.
Kevin holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and General Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served as a Division Officer aboard the USS Mauna Kea.
