Customer Account Manager
About the Role
Are you a relationship-driven multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? The Project Management team is looking for a dynamic Customer Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and drive exceptional service across the organization.
What Will You Do?
As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a vital role in building and strengthening long-term customer partnerships while ensuring customer expectations and company commitments are consistently met. Reporting directly to the Director of Project Management, you’ll serve as a key liaison between customers and cross-functional teams—including Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, Quality, and Sales—to deliver seamless service and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of customer support and account management, overseeing order processing and sample shipments, coordinating new product launches and line extensions, reviewing purchase order documentation for compliance, providing proactive communication on order status and timelines, and building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Manage all aspects of customer support and account management to ensure expectations are met.
- Oversee order processing, sample shipments, and follow-ups for accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate and manage customer-related projects as primary liaison with internal departments.
- Review purchase order documentation to ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and communicate effectively across teams.
- Provide proactive communication on order status, shipments, schedules, and any changes or delays.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 5 years in project management and/or customer service management. Impeccable customer service focus with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and time management abilities. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in FDA-regulated industry and understanding cGMPs, a plus.

- Must demonstrate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) sufficient to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety instructions, and documentation requirements.
